Instagram is going to get a little more competitive in the advertising world as it announced its plans to insert photo and video ads into the photo stream for users in the U.S. The company that is now owned by Facebook made the announcement on Thursday, noting that users will start noticing the occasional ad in the next couple of months. Amazon adding 70,000 seasonal positions

The ecommerce giant boosts holiday hiring by 40 percent
 

E-commerce giant, Amazon.com is boosting its temporary seasonal hiring in the United States by 40 percent, even as other retailers intend to scale back. The 70,000 full-time seasonal jobs will be in 45 of Amazons warehouses during the busy holiday shopping season. Last year, Amazon only had 40 warehouses and hired 50,000 seasonal workers. Read more here...
