Top 10 impact trends on security as a result of COVID-19

With multiple operations and process changes emerging as a result of COVID-19, among the respondents surveyed most agreed that the following changes are here to stay:

An increased emphasis on employee and customer health

• Remote working 
• An increase in remote sales meetings and other virtual communications 
• Greater focus on protecting product supply, and short-term projects with increased security for supply chains

However changes such as the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and other healthcare regulations are likely temporary.
